- Information you choose to send us when contacting the project.
- When a TikTok account is authorised, the account identifiers, authorisation tokens, authorised permissions and posting results necessary to provide that connection.
Why we use information
We use relevant information to operate the site, maintain security, respond to requests, and — when authorised — upload or publish selected Solamix Audio videos to the linked TikTok account. We do not need access to your TikTok password; authorisation uses TikTok’s own sign-in process.
Lawful basis
Depending on the activity, processing may rely on consent, legitimate interests (such as operating and securing the site) or contractual necessity. Any final application must identify the correct lawful basis for each operation.
Service providers and international processing
We may use WordPress.com for hosting, n8n for workflow orchestration, TikTok for authorised posting, and supporting storage or production infrastructure. These providers may process data in different countries under their own service arrangements and appropriate safeguards.
Retention, security and your rights
We aim to retain data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, secure account credentials, and remove or revoke tokens when a connection is no longer required. Subject to applicable UK data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
